Our Vision
Our Men’s Ministry is a community where Men can come as they are, without the need to pretend or wear masks. We aim to create a safe and welcoming space where Men can grow as purpose driven Christians, Husbands, Fathers, and Men of the Church.
Our Mission
It all begins with you. Our Mission is to prepare and empower Men with the knowledge, support, and tools to be leaders and disciples in their homes and communities. As iron sharpens iron we strive to help one another navigate the waters of today’s world as Men of God.
When And Where Do We MEET!
We meet on Monday nights from
6:00 - 7:30 at COTM West Campus. Please reach out to learn more about how you can be apart of MOTM!
Core Principles
Faith: We believe in fostering a deep and meaningful relationship with God.
Authenticity: We believe in the power of vulnerability and openness. Men should feel comfortable sharing their struggles, doubts, and successes without fear of judgement or criticism. Authenticity is the first step towards personal growth.
Family and Fatherhood: We recognize the importance of being responsible Husbands and Fathers. Our group provides a platform for sharing experiences, seeking advice, and building strong family foundations based on Christian faith.
Mentorship and Growth: Every man in our group has a unique journey, and we embrace this diversity. We encourage mentorship among members, where experienced men guide those who are less experienced, fostering personal growth, and support.
Accountability: We hold each other accountable for our actions and decisions. This accountability is rooted in love and mutual respect, helping us stay on the path of being responsible Christian Men.
We believe in 5 core areas to excel as Christian Man.
These 5 core areas help shape us into being good at being Christian Men. Surround yourself with other Men walking the same path with similar boulders. We walk from who you are to where God wants you to be and most importantly - walk it together for God, ourselves, families, and our community.
-
It all begins with understanding who you are. A lion in the wild knows he is a lion and what he is supposed to do. However our world has told us so any variations of what a Man is that we are lost. You cant give someone something you don’t have. Lets take the steps to understand the Man God called us to be.
-
Truly sacrificing yourself to Christ and humbly learning, walking, and teaching others will provide the fruit that God speaks about. To be a disciple of Jesus means to serve others, emulating Jesus’ example of humility and service.
-
Effective leaders must be rooted in a personal relationship with God, enabling them to guide others in their spiritual journey authentically. Leadership skills help ensure that the process of guiding others to Jesus is grounded in biblical discipline, personal example, and strong, humble relationships.
-
A Godly husband loves his wife in the same way that Christ loves the church, showing sacrificial and unconditional love even in difficult times. A Godly husband reflects Christ’s love and leadership, embodying humility, service, spiritual guidance, and unwavering commitment to his family.
-
A Christian father leads by example, teaching his children the ways of the Lord through his actions and words. He is a model of faith and integrity. A Father actively participates in his children's lives, providing guidance, support, and a stable, loving presence.
